Buzz List: Five NFL players to watch in Week 11

CooperAmari Cooper has out-produced every other rookie receiver in the NFL this season with 50 catches for 732 yards and four touchdowns. While those aren’t exactly Jerry Rice numbers, he’s perhaps the hobby’s focal point on a Raiders team (along with QB Derek Carr) that seems like it’s improving. This week they’ve got the lowly Lions, so this seems like a good time to say things look golden for Cooper.

Keep reading for four more guys to watch on Sunday.

TyrodTaylor, jpgTyrod Taylor — The Bills QB has a challenge ahead of him on Monday night when he faces the undefeated Patriots. A big game on Monday Night Football could spark a lot of interest in his 2011 Rookie Cards.

crabtreeMichael Crabtree — The Raiders WR has shown flashes of brilliance with 100-yard weeks in three of his last four games. This week, the Raiders take on the Lions so expect some fireworks. His 2009 Rookie Cards have shown some signs of life as he’s on pace for a career year.

PetersMarcus Peters — The Chiefs rookie CB has four interceptions and 40 tackles this season heading into a game against the Chargers. We know defense doesn’t wow many collectors — just look at single card values — but only two players in the NFL have more picks in 2015 — veterans Mike Adams and Charles Woodson with five.

WinstonJameis Winston — With Marcus Mariota already done for the week with a Thursday-night game, the rookie QB to watch this week is Winston as his Buccaneers take on the Eagles. He didn’t overwhelm last week in a 10-6 win over the Cowboys, but he got it done with a game-winning rushing touchdown. It will be interesting to see what he does on the road in Philly.
