Box basics: Two hits per pack with four 10-card packs per box, 12 boxes per case
What’s buzz-worthy: The UFC women’s division has faced some changes of late with Holly Holm dethroning Ronda Rousey as the champ so changes to the format of UFC Knockout also seem appropriate and seem just as big. This time around, there are two hits in every pack instead of one and there are just four packs in a box instead of 10. There will be at least one autograph per pack.

The Basics: The base set for 2016 Topps UFC Knockout will consist of 100 cards — a mix of past and present stars — with Silver, Gold (/99), Red (/8) and 1/1 Mat parallel versions. … For hit chasers, things start off with autographs. The main signatures here will be Knockout Autographs, which will feature more than 40 signers and note first-time signers directly on the card. They will have a Red (/8) and 1/1 Mat parallel. … Also among the autograph possibilities are Dominant Duos and Triumphant Trios. Both of those sets will be limited to only 10 copies per card … Also among the mult-signed cards will be SixSigs and Thoughts From the Boss autos that pair a higher with UFC impresario Dana White. … Among the rarer autos will be Scarlet Signatures and Museum Collection Framed Autos that will be fun with Silver (/15), Gold (/10) and Black (/5) metal frames.
For Auto Relics, there will be several options and leading things off will be Dominant Duos Duals limited to only five copies. There also will be Dual Auto Fight Mat Relics limited to 10. … Knockout Auto Relics will pair Relics with ink and have Red (/8) and 1/1 Mat parallels as well. … The Belt Plate Auto Relics will be tough pulls with just eight copies made. The Scarlet Signatures set also will be found in auto Relic form along with Museum Memorabilia 1/1s and redemptions for autographed gloves. There also will be 1/1 Canvas Collection sketch cards
For Relics in 2016 Topps UFC Knockout, there will be Momentous Materials with Ruby (/8) and 1/1 Emerald parallels along with 1/1 Glove Patch Relics with wrist strap patches, dual Relics, Knockout Relics, Fight Mat Relics and Belt Plate Mat Relics. No Relics will be more than 188 copies and each will have Gold (/88), Ruby and Emerald parallels.
A preliminary checklist was not released but this will be the first set released with the potential for autographed cards of the new UFC women’s champ.
