Steiner Sports knows that Cleveland Browns fans have had a tough time collecting autographs of good quarterbacks lately and the New Rochelle, N.Y.-based autograph and memorabilia company announced a new program Thursday that may help take away some of the collecting pain caused by Johnny Football — and a few other notably bad quarterbacks in the team’s past, too.
You can trade in one of your certified autographed items of any Browns starting QB since 1999 for a $100 gift card.
Seriously.
There are rules and there is a deadline. There is a limit of one gift card per customer per household and the autographed item — a Browns photo, mini helmet, football, jersey or card — must be authenticated via Steiner Sports, Fanatics Authentic, Panini Authentic, JSA, PSA/DNA, TRISTAR Productions, Topps or Upper Deck Authenticated. The offer expires on Jan. 22 at noon Eastern time.
All other items will be returned.
The eligible players are: Tim Couch, Ty Detmer, Doug Pederson, Spergon Wynn, Kelly Holcomb, Trent Dilfer, Charlie Frye, Derek Anderson, Brady Quinn, Ken Dorsey, Bruce Gradkowski, Colt McCoy, Jake Delhomme, Seneca Wallace, Brandon Weeden, Thad Lewis, Jason Campbell, Brian Hoyer, Johnny Manziel, Connor Shaw, Josh McCown and Austin Davis.
Items must be sent to:
