Sometimes it’s all about timing.
Panini America‘s upcoming 2016 Panini Certified racing set will use sticker autographs instead of on-card autos because of a simple reason, the company announced Thursday morning.
“Due to challenges associated with acquiring autographs during NASCAR‘s Chase for the Cup,” read an announcement from the company, “Panini America has made the difficult decision to remove the ‘on-card’ autograph elements from 2016 Certified racing and convert them into sticker autographs.”
Certified, which had originally been set to arrive on Sept. 28, with two autographs and two memorabilia cards per box will now arrive on Oct. 26. Click here to see the details in our previously published First Buzz preview story.
