What’s Buzz-worthy: On the hobby side, Topps Chrome has been a brand that delivers a bit more ink for less money than, say, the seemingly always popular Bowman Chrome and this box showed how it can deliver with both parallel ink and parallel base cards. The Seager Blue Refractor (the best shade for a Dodger) is roughly a $50 card, while the rest of the box’s inserts and ink are fine — and also above average.  … You get an insert card in every pack, which helps when there are so few cards, and that helps the fun grade. If you cab find these boxes at a discounted price, it’s worth considering a rip.
