The Chicago Cubs are still alive after a 3-2 victory in Game 5 of the World Series Sunday night and today we have the Topps Now cards that commemorate that first Series win in Wrigley Field since 1945.
A total of 16 cards — with a mix of Kris Bryant autographs and Aroldis Chapman game-used base Relics — are available today and for no more than 24 hours via Topps.com.
The Bryant autos opened at $149.99 for his card limited to 199 copies, while his 1/1 parallel sold for $1,999.99 immediately upon hitting the site. The Chapman Relics opened at $129.99 for the standard version limited to 99 copies, while his 1/1 version was listed at $1,499.99 before it sold.
Standard cards will be printed to the exact volume that is ordered for just 24 hours. Those cards feature Bryant, Chapman, the final out (Chapman and his battery mate, Willson Contreras, Jason Heyward and David Ross. Those cards are $9.99 apiece or $34.99 per bundle with volume discounts available.
