If you watched football on Thursday night, then you know the one thing that makes Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker different than any other player in the NFL.
He’s got a pretty unique hobby.
His hobby? He’s an opera singer on the side. Check out this NFL Films clip that explores this side of a player not commonly — or ever? — seen for a player.
You might not have seen much Tucker cardboard lately, either, which is something to consider as a collector or flipper when an unusual story like this pops up on the national stage. He’s got roughly 60 cards from his entire career, which started on cardboard back in 2012.
He has just four Rookie Cards — and all of them are certified autographs — in Panini Contenders, National Treasures, Panini Playbook and Totally Certified. The most-plentiful one is Certified, which is limited to 290 copies, while his National Treasures is limited to just 99 to check in as the rarest.
Nearly half of his cards are autos thanks to various parallels and he actually hasn’t had an autograph card since 2013 when Panini America included him in Prizm and Score. The rest are parallels and insert autos from his rookie year.
