What’s Buzz-worthy: The story of how the WWE’s women’s division got to where it is now can largely be documented in this Walmart-exclusive release — a revolution of sorts where its female competitors are actually no longer known as Divas. Nearly all of the notable names are found here (save for Sable, Mickie James, The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young) making this one of the better women’s sets made for WWE. (It’s the first for Topps and first since Fleer had an all-women’s release in 2004.) … About the only drawback here would be the jumbo pack packaging that led to some soft corners and dings as wedged into a blaster box. … As you can see above, there are a ton of inserts here and you only get roughly half of a small set in a box — both things that help the fun factor and the collectability. … You get a hit in every single box — an autograph, Relic or Kiss Card or some combination thereof — and typically one base parallel card, too. With parallels that are Silver, Pink, Gold and Red across all of the hits and the base cards you don’t get any particular type of card found in every single box. This box over-delivered with a rarer color auto (one in 33 boxes). Overall, this one has the feel of a winner, though there are undoubtedly some Relics (/199) and autos that won’t sell as well as others. Buzz will be ripping a few more of these boxes for sure.
