What’s Buzz-worthy: This pack is pushing 40 but the tales of Jack Tripper, Janet Wood and Chrissy Snow remain ageless and this simple product is one that totally follows a super-simple template — albeit one where the stickers are the cards and vice versa — that works. Open the pack and you’re greeted with a blank-backed sticker then a puzzle card that’s dual-sided that says nothing. The gum here — nope, it wasn’t tasted — didn’t damage any cards but did have a ridiculous amount of powder all over everything (including Buzz’s keyboard). That didn’t cramp the style of the crew. Four of the stickers in this pack were campy studio shots — no studio audience, though — and one showed a scene with Mr. Roper talking to Jack in the kitchen. This could be a fun set to build out of packs since it’s so small and they’re so cheap but you can also pick up the set for not much more than a couple of packs at this price. High-grade singles (10s) of these cards can command some pretty decent money, too. It’d be fun to build one of these sets in graded form.
