What’s Buzz-worthy: This 81-card set visually chronicles 23 episodes from Season 3 of the series, which enters its seventh season this fall. The cards showcase two images per card (front and back but no info) with some episodes having several cards. That’s got its benefits and drawbacks depending on how familiar one is with the series. (For beginners, that may not be a plus.) The insert lineup is the standard formula with characters, puzzles and parallels alongside the hits, while this one also includes redemptions for full prop pieces like swords, rings and arrows. Those are impressive but immensely rare at one in every 13,742 packs. There are a few unusual memorabilia cards here along with duals that also help add to the variety. All in all, this is a nice release that packs plenty without having autographs from the show’s top star, Stephen Amell. He’s in the memorabilia lineup as are many others and this, generally speaking is a break with a lot of potential and fun if you land some of the tougher or more unique cards.
