What’s Buzz-worthy: If you haven’t seen how crazy prices of the High Series boxes have gotten, click here. Now take a second to calm down. This is not that series — but this box delivered pretty well. Relics are found roughly one in every eight boxes and this one is a pretty decent name so this box was a win. Making it better? A Chrome Buster Posey. The rest of the inserts have some good names so that makes this a good box. The base cards were pretty dry — reflecting why I gave this release a B+ on a past Buzz Break — but Heritage is like pizza. Even when it’s not that good it’s still not that bad. The rookie star power is in the High Series — and it doesn’t seem like that long ago that I ripped some of those — but it will be a long time before I rip that one again. It’s a decent lesson about Heritage — rip it if you can find it and if you like it. Why? Others like it do — and there will come a day where the boxes will be gone.
