What’s Buzz-worthy: The second season of Gotham on cardboard feels like it’s a lot stronger with more inserts, more parallels and more variety in a box that delivered every single base card and four complete insert sets. That may be standard but making it even better was a printing plate (1:168 packs) and a wardrobe card with a hint of color from its scene. (How does it compare to the first series? Check out our Buzz Break of that one right here.) There was only one issue with this box — some slight bottom edge lifting on some inserts and base cards. Those pass for more like “rough cuts” to some collectors. Buzz will admit to not having watched any of this Batman origin series, but the cardboard is slickly produced to the point where I probably should. There are some rare multi-auto cards limited to only 10 copies in this one and some multi-memorabilia cards as well that add to the chase but this was an impressive box.
