What’s Buzz-worthy: This second series of cards for The Flash TV series is one that follows a similar formula but tweaks things slightly for a new but familiar feel. This particular box was interesting in that it included two serial-numbered inserts/hits, which is something this collector hasn’t seen in the last year of breaking Cryptozoic boxes other than an occasional base card parallel. That’s something different and makes a prop card like what we found here a bit more interesting. Ultimately an envelope piece isn’t that impressive of a card without some stamping or lettering on the swatch, but knowing only 24 others exist makes it feel like a stronger find. How strong? It’s among the rarest memorabilia cards in the entire product. Also in this one was a rarer CZ STR PWR (whatever that name means — I’m sure regular viewers know) Gold card of a character we also found as our autograph. This box’s auto is also one with an added inscription — also a plus.
