What’s Buzz-worthy: Maybe Buzz has been spoiled by a run of good Walmart jumbo boxes — more packs and exclusive cards — but this blaster did over-deliver with a Gold Refractor that’s found one in every 303 packs (one in 44 boxes) and was otherwise not all that flashy. The Sepia Refractors are impressive (as they have been in the past) with this one including three rookies — but not any of the big ones. This brand is a fun one this year — among the releases this collector has ripped the most — but this box wasn’t all that great. It offers good variety and possibilities on the insert front but the base card selection found in this particular box felt very flat. Without that Gold card it would have been average or worse. If you can swing it, hobby boxes are the way to go here — but the blaster-only Sepia parallels do make this box one to consider.
