The Basics: There will be at least two autographs per box and each case will include at least two cut signatures from one of the following sets: Historical Cuts, Cinematic Cuts, Collegiate Cuts, Dual Cuts Booklets, Cut Memorabilia Booklet and Legendary Cuts. Among the names on cuts? Bronko Nagurski, Al Davis, Brian Piccolo, Norm Van Brocklin, Tom Landry, Walter Payton, Johnny Unitas, Red Grange, Reggie White, Derrick Thomas, Pat Tillman, Jim Thorpe, Bear Bryant, Knute Rockne, Pop Warner, Ronald Reagan, John F. Kennedy, Thomas Jefferson, John Wayne and Lucille Ball to name a few. … The base set will cones of 100 cards capped by 50 legends, 50 rookies and 40 Rookie Cuts. Rookie Cuts will have simulated check pieces with six parallels. There will be ink variations, too. The Modern Cuts autos will have “only the best” with retired Hall of Famers such as Brett Favre, Jerome Bettis and John Elway. … All cuts that are Retired, Legendary, Historical, Cinematic and Collegiate Cut Signatures will be limited to no more than 99 copies. … Oh, and there also will be 1/1 dual cut booklets — some of these include Pat Summerall and John Madden, Curly Lambeau and Vince Lombardi, Tom Landry and Tex Schramm, Art Rooney and Chuck Noll, Walter Payton and George Halas, Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn. … Base Legends cards will be serial-numbered with Gold parallels as rare as 10 copies, while Rookie Scripts will have Silver parallels (/99) and Golds (/25). … Boxes will carry a suggested retail price of $144 ($12 per pack).

Update (Oct. 9): Panini has announced that the Rookie Cuts featuring red ink on red stock are /25, blue ink on blue stock are /10 copies & green on green are 1/1s.
