What’s Buzz-worthy: As said in a previous break here, the color and energy of Donruss on the football field is echoed here with vibrant Rated Rookies — and a ton of them — and several inserts per box. The only oddity to this collector? The bronze-bordered base cards — they instantly make me think of parallels, probably because there are Bronze parallels in the NFL version. Every blaster box includes a hit and this one had just that while packing at least three of the key RCs and some solid names the inserts. All in all, this felt like it delivered pretty well for a blaster — and there can definitely be better boxes out there as they can have autographs as well as other more-notable rookies on the memorabilia cards. If you’re a collector, this should be one to consider every time you hit the store — just for the fun factor alone. Interestingly, every box of this I have seen opened — both retail and hobby — has included Lonzo Ball, Markelle Fultz and Jayson Tatum. That helps those box grades, too.
