What’s Buzz-worthy: This is one of my favorite NFL releases of last year and now that it’s occasionally hitting retail bargain bins it’s a no-brainer to pick up. (They don’t last long.) While this was one of the guaranteed-jersey blasters, it was an average box at best across the board but that will happen. The re-done 1990 Donruss design is one that works pretty well for being Optichromed and blaster boxes of this one are a decent alternative if you don’t want to swing the higher price for a hobby box with its guaranteed ink. This was arguably the top NFL product of last season for a lot of collectors, so there’s a lot of it out there singles-wise, but it’s still a pretty fun rip.
