What’s Buzz-worthy: Buzz picked up two of these boxes in the hunt for a Tua Tagovailoa autograph and I actually landed the big one in a box opened here yesterday and it also was an A+ box with a bonus-hit redemption. This one? Not quite as flashy but it may actually be a box where there’s flash in the future with Christian McCaffrey’s little brother, Dylan, who is a Michigan quarterback, as well as Tennessee running back Ty Chandler, who had a 120-yard/two-touchdown game this season. This product is chock-full of big names for the college ranks who you could know soon if you don’t. Tagovailoa’s arrival on the biggest stage of them all makes him one to grab here but Georgia freshman Jake Fromm also is here as well as Alabama’s Najee Harris, Ohio State’s J.K. Dobbins and plenty of others who could pay for your box if you land something rarer. A plus here? The variety. The Tour autos are 0n-card traditional portrait cards, while the Metal cards give you rainbows to chase with some action photos (in most instances) and the memorabilia cards can give you some real variety. If you can land these boxes on the cheaper side, they can be fun rips. (I may have to rip a couple more.)
