Some of the biggest names in NFL history are coming to the toy aisle this fall.
The first line of Funko Pop! NFL Legends will include 13 top players and coaches and a total of 15 toys, including two exclusive variants only found at Toys ‘R’ Us stores.
This year’s National Sports Collectors Convention begins on Wednesday with more than 100 autograph guests signing for those who opt to get a ticket and stand in line for their “inkredible” moment.
Some of those signers are actually free if you’re at the VIP reception on Wednesday or buy a VIP ticket package — a bonus for taking the time to hit the entire show or buy the full package for all of the other bonuses — but other signers will take some planning to land the ones you want.

It’s tough to see everything at the show — it’s that big — and the time it takes to work through autograph lines is valuable in that it impedes your shot at seeing it all. The recent arrival of 2015 Panini Flawless football cards marked a new wave of high-end cards for fans to consider and a new wave of impressive possibilities for autographs and dazzling memorabilia displayed within cardboard.
Sometimes it’s simple, sometimes it’s not.
Like many collectors, Buzz is a fan of grading and knows that there are many reasons that collectors choose to slab cards. Sometimes it’s to enhance the appeal and protect them when selling. Other times it’s to protect an investment for the long-term or to protect for sentimental reasons. Or, it might be just for fun or curiosity about a potential grade.

The Heisman Trophy is one of the most high-profile awards in sports, and its winners’ autographs are a coveted niche for fans who focus on football.
Steiner Sports knows this and has launched a new line of Heisman Collection autographs, a lineup that includes group-signed helmets as well as single-signed pieces from 23 past winners.
This year’s National Treasures football card set is slated to arrive next week packing some of the biggest names in the history of the game.
