The NFL’s rookie class of 2016 is mostly in the offseason now but that doesn’t mean their action when it comes to cardboard is over.
In fact, 13 top guys have been busy signing for Panini America the last two days during the “NFLPA Rookie Closeout” as part of the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl‘s festivities. The rookies on hand for the event are catching up on signing for upcoming brands such as 2016 National Treasures, Flawless, Encased and Plates & Patches as well as recently released brands like Donruss Optic.

Panini America‘s 2016 Flawless soccer cards are coming soon — next week, actually — and one of the thing that will give more than a few deep-pocketed collectors some kicks will be the Studs found inside those silver briefcases.
The recent arrival of 2015 Panini Flawless football cards marked a new wave of high-end cards for fans to consider and a new wave of impressive possibilities for autographs and dazzling memorabilia displayed within cardboard.
What: 2016 Panini Flawless soccer cards Arrives: May 25 Box basics: 10 cards — six autographs, two memorabilia, two gems — per box (two boxes per case).
What’s buzz-worthy: Panini takes the stars of the pitch to its highest of high-end levels — at least so far — with the debut of Flawless, which will include “a wide assortment of the world’s best footballers of the past and present with all players shown in action for either their club team and/or their national team.”
One collector took the challenge of completing the 2012-13 Panini Flawless basketball set — something that can only happen a few times because every card from the super-high-end brand is limited to just 20 serial-numbered copies with a diamond embedded inside.
