Forty aspiring NBA rookies are in New York this week to sign their first autographs for Panini America‘s 2017-18 basketball brands and to pose for their first photos in their professional uniforms.
While those first in-uniform cards are already on sale via Panini Instant — even before the images hit the cards — there are plenty of signed cards coming soon from this year’s NBA Rookie Photo Shoot in Tarrytown, N.Y.
Panini Instant, Panini America‘s real-time trading card platform, will be the home for Kevin Durant‘s first Golden State Warriors card as well as a tribute to Tim Duncan after his retirement as part of some new changes the company revealed on Monday night.
Beginning tomorrow — and for only 24 hours — the Durant card will be available with some other tweaks to be seen on the cardboard from the program.
