eBay Buzz: Free McDonald’s Special Sauce bottles already hot at auction

s-l1600

McDonald’s launches its new sizes of Big Mac sandwiches today and as part of that celebration it is releasing 10,000 serial-numbered bottles of its Special Sauce to the public.

They’re free — but they’re only found at selected locations for a limited time on a first-come, first-served basis … if a visitor knows the password. The only other way to get your hands on one? Check out giveaways on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

Some states have just one or two locations — meanwhile Houston, Texas, has five — while some states have none at all. That means there will be a market on eBay — simple supply and demand — and there’s already one there with a bid.

How much is the bottle? You have to see it to believe it.

Update: And that could be low. There’s also one completed sale so far.

Blowout’s Thanksgiving Contest: Predict NFL points scored & win a 2016 Panini Prime Signatures case

2016pnprimesigfb

Are you ready for some football cards? BlowoutCards.com has a chance for you to score big as part of our preparations for Black Friday.

In a comment right here on The Buzz, guess the total number of points scored in all three Thanksgiving NFL games without going over. The closest to predicting the total point score for the Vikings-Lions, Redskins-Cowboys and Steelers-Colts games — without going over — gets a 2016 Donruss football set.

If the total is guessed exactly, the winner gets a sealed 12-box case of 2016 Panini Prime Signatures — a $660 value.

All entries must be entered before the first game starts at 12:30 Eastern time on Thursday. Comments will be held here before they are approved in batches. (Don’t worry if you don’t see your answer appear immediately on the page. It will show up.)

In the event of a tie, the first correctly posted entry based on the timestamp wins. Limit one entry per email address.

A box of 2016 Panini Infinity football cards could be yours via BlowoutTV

panini-infinity-box

There’s a new look — and a new place to keep track of all that’s going on — with BlowoutTV and a box of the new 2016 Panini Infinity football cards is part of it if you check things out.

While the breaks are regularly happening over at breakers.tv/blowoutTV, there is a new section of the Blowout Cards Forum where you can see all of the breaks that are planned in advance. You can post your claimed spots there, pay up and stay tuned for when the break will take place. That new section — BlowoutTV with Matt — can be found here and has all the info you need to know along with the latest lineups for larger breaks.

So, how does the Infinity box come into play? Head on over to Twitter and follow @Matt_BlowoutTV — that’s where you’ll find up-to-the-minute updates on breaks as they happen as well as looks at the latest pulls you won’t see here on The Buzz. Once that account gets to 500 followers, the box of the new 2016 Panini Infinity football cards (they officially arrive tomorrow) will be given away to a random follower.

All entries must be in before the game starts at 7:30 Central time on Monday and comments will be held before they are approved in batches throughout the weekend. (Don’t worry if you don’t see your answer appear immediately on the page.)

***KEEP READING FOR STEP ONE OF TIE-BREAKER***
If there are several collectors who correctly pick the same score, our tie-breaker process will be this:

1. First preference goes to a blog subscriber.
Look for the red button you see here emailon the upper right of the screen (or at bottom of story feed on mobile). Suscribe and you will get an email every time there is a story posted on BlowoutBuzz.com. (We’ll have plenty of info posted here daily.)

2. If all correct responders are already blog subscribers, we will select one winner at random.

Oh and be sure to follow BlowoutBuzz on Twitter @BlowoutBuzz.
